With over 10 years of experience in both high-end corporate commercials and indie documentary production, Los Angeles-based producer Philip Ruddy is a creative problem solver and highly effective negotiator with a proven ability to manage budgets both large and small.
Having successfully created memorable advertising campaigns for exacting clients such as Disney, McDonald’s, Zales, Home Depot, Allstate, and the U.S. Army, he’s filmed on location throughout the country and can operate as a local in San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas, Nashville and Charlotte, too.

Prior to producing commercials, Ruddy worked as a V.P. for award-winning British documentarian Michael Apted, helping to develop TV and film projects, and working as associate producer on his long-term documentary series: "Married in America" -- a portrait of 9 American marriages which Time magazine called one of the top television events of the year.

He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
